If you block the crazy ideas that circle around you, the chances are you will never progress into highly innovative change and progress. Great discovery and great momentum in culture, business or art has never happened by template or format. It has happened by the willingness of senior leaders to be open and able to cope with the uneasiness and threat that comes with refining the truly great from the raw crazy. You need them both, but you will never get to great without tasting some truly crazy pie.

Who is crazy around that has been silenced. Don’t allow them to take crazy to your neighbour’s house because your neighbour is just itching to listen.
